Jay S. Yu, Esq.
Attorney At Law

Jay represents personal injury victims and focuses particularly on those with brain traumas. As a Southern Californian native with close to a decade of experience in South Korea, Jay is able to serve his diverse clientele with equal care, compassion, and confidence.

Jay has been working in the personal injury field since he was 18 years old. Jay graduated cum laude from Chapman Law School, with an emphasis in advocacy and dispute resolution. With a bachelor of science degree from University of California, Irvine, in organic chemistry, Jay is uniquely capable of dealing with and understanding both the legal and scientific aspects of complex personal injury matters.

Jay is an active member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Assoc, Consumer Attorneys Assoc of Los Angeles, and a supporter of the Brain Injury Association of America.


James S. Yu, Esq.
Attorney at Law

James focuses his practice on real estate and bankruptcy related matters, bringing his years of legal experience from both the public and private sector to better serve his clients. 

James received his bachelor of arts in business and economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his juris doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. James served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Julia W. Brand of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, and then as a law clerk for the Tort and Condemnation section of the California Department of Justice, Office of the General Counsel.

James is fluent in both English and Korean.

In his spare time James loves to travel with his wife and to explore different cuisines.



Charles J. Staveley, Esq.

Charles focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Charles earned his juris doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he studied as an extern for the Honorable Maureen A. Tighe of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. After, he worked for a prominent law firm in Torrance, where he handled all aspects of probate, trust administration, estate planning, and trust litigation.

Charles is a member of the Trust and Estates Section of the California Bar Association and Los Angeles County Bar Association, and is also actively involved with the Pasadena Bar Association.


Robert L. Montanez, Esq.
Of Counsel

Robert focuses on representing personal injury victims. As a Southern California native, Robert knows and loves the area that he has lived in his entire life. His passion in providing for his community led him to working as a law enforcement officer for over a decade.

Robert continues to protect and serve victims by representing them in all types of personal injury matters including auto accidents, dog bites, pharmaceutical mistakes, and other injury causing incidents.

Robert is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Assoc of Los Angeles, Orange County Bar Assoc, and the Riverside County Bar Assoc, and an active volunteer at the Inland Empire Latino Lawyer's Association legal aid clinic.
